Needless to say, neither one of these appointments produced good results as one would expect from a professional nail salon. Furthermore, after my initial visit, I called the manager to let her know my dissatisfaction and she pleaded for me to come in so she could fix my nails (I went in 3 days after my first visit to the salon). Also, ridges can be seen on my nail where all the material could not be removed otherwise the length of my finger nails would be removed if the sanding continued. To begin with, the old “dip” material was not correctly removed causing unnecessary pain from the heat as well as damage to my nails because it was sanded off instead of soaked off which is normally the right way to remove the material from the nails.
Additionally, I was made to feel it was my fault the nails were not done correctly because I should have said more before leaving the salon, but the female who originally did my nails made me feel extremely uncomfortable during both visits to the salon. Needless to say, neither one of these appointments produced good results as one would expect from a professional nail salon. I am not happy with the results because the “dip” procedure on my nails was poorly done.
